Jennifer Aniston went in for a nose job and came out looking like the same girl. Unlike Ashlee Simpson who turned out to be a beautiful girl behind her station wagon sized nose, Jennifer merely shaved a bit off her bridge. Damn. I was hoping for an Extreme Makeover.
