Post Secret is one of those places where you send in a secret and the whole world gets to read it, albeit anonymously. It's a great way to save $100 every week on therapy. (Don't sue me if things get bad...) but I'd suggest canning a therapist and sending one in every week instead. Look how much fun this lady is having.

Once you've downloaded the player (I had to download the latest version of Stuffit's Expander to "unstuff" the download) you double click the program, and navigate your web browser (Safari for macs) to the YouTube video site with the video you want (example) you want. Then click "Get Video"
After that, everything is automatic. You wait a few minutes while it downloads, then it "encodes" (whatever that is) then, VOILA! It's listed in your Movies and PodTube playlist on iTunes. Whenever you dock your iPod it will then be available.
